Free Shipping – All Orders

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all wallet orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery (most areas): 3–5 business days after order processing
Remote / special regions: 5–7 business days (includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other outlying U.S. territories or rural zones)

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for your convenience. Here's how it works:

Pay in cash or exact change when your package arrives.
(Drivers typically cannot make change – please prepare the exact amount.)
A small COD service fee may apply depending on your location. Any fee will be shown at checkout.
To protect our customers, we do not accept personal checks or third-party money orders for COD.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Undeliverable Packages

If a COD package is refused or remains undeliverable after two attempts, the order will be canceled. Please contact our support team if you need to reschedule delivery.
